GOt the new egg home and assembled. Don't have any smoke coming out from around the seal, so assembled correctly!!. Cooking a loin and some wings. So far so good. Keeping temps is a breeze. Getting the settings to correlate with the temp I want is a challenge, haha. New grill gotta learn it.

That would be the sugar in the sauce ... sugar doesn't like high temps. for some reason ...
