Makinga Turducken...Chicken..in Duck...in Turkey...all boneless for Canadian Thanksgiving...has anyone ever done this on their egg? Any thoughts would be appreciated Thnx Andrew
i have put a store bought turducken on the egg, and
i made my own turchdhicken - left out the duck.
google pepin deboning chicken for a video - not as bad as you think but mssr. pepin makes it look real easy. i guess after doing hundreds you get real good at it.

I'd love to have one ... are you making your own or are you buying one already to go? I would just cook it to about 165º internal and rest it.
