Tried another stirfry, using up some stuff in the fridge before it had to go.
Used my friends smoked habanero rub to kick up the chicken
Some pics
The chicken was marinaded in soy, some hab rub and a little teriyaki

With the veggies

Ran out of noodles and rice, so I used a little pasta, it worked well

Plated with a little Rooster sauce to add a little more heat

Really enjoying the wok on the Egg.
Thanks for looking

0 · Off Topic Disagree Agree LikeThe chicken was cooked first with some onions and set aside, then the veggies(green pepper, bok choy stems, mushrooms, onion) were added with some broth, covered and steamed for 3-5 min.
The chicken, pre cooked pasta and bok choy greens go all together and heated through for another minute or two.
Look forward to your first wok pics :)
