Decided to cook some chicken quarters last night. Rubbed the chicken with Weber Kicken' Chicken Rub, and smoked indirect at 275 for an hour or so. Then I flipped the chicken skin side down, and raised the temp to 325 for about an hour. Flipped back over and sauced with Famous Dave's Devil Spit cut with some vineager. Don't really know why I did it this way, but it turned out great.
Wife's Verdict:
I've really got to stop taking pics with my blackberry, but it just seems easier after drinking many beers.

Looks mighty tasty. I had to do some chicken wings in the oven as I found my stock of lump has been depleted. :(
On the plus side they do look good and the wife is picking up pizza from a place in Cary called Fuhgettaboutit (something like that). It's good.
Is Famous Dave's hot? Is it good? Where do you get it? -

Bought it on a whim at Kroger one day. It is very hot, but my wife and I like it spicy. The Sweet and Sassy is pretty good also.
