Hot stuff, love it.
Veggies first.
ooopps, a fatality...
Then the marinated tenderloin. Super tender.
DianaQ calls this "Little squiggly white things". But she likes 'em.
Added corn starch/water mix to thicken.
Time to eat. Took about 7 minutes from start to finish.
A little chili sauce for zip, ha ha. :woohoo:

Looks great as always Clay. I also wanted to thank you for the blessing/curse of your pulled beef recipe. Now I have to make it all the time.

Adam,
Woking is a blast. We enjoy stir fry often.
I was thinking of demoing at the Midwest Eggfest. Not sure yet but it's penciled in on our calender for Sept. -
More of a blessing I hope. Enjoy!

Killer looking meal Clay! With all this wok talk, I might have to factor in a wok cook while Kari is here.Molly

I was stirring stirring and out it jumped, sometimes food goes flying around my eggs.
5 second rule did not count with this one. -
Thanks Faith! Well I'm no expert but I can still move fast enough. Once in a great while the stir fry gets ahead of me, to be honest. Not this time.
