Pork/Portobello Stuffed Cabbage

Started by par-boiling the cabbage for 20-30 minutes (wasn't quite enough). Made a mixture of pork, sauteed baby bellos, onion, and garlic. Reserved the pork fat and mixed with butter and Balsamic. Cored the cabbage and added butter, meat mixture and drizzled with balsamic buttered pork fat and some Balsamic Glaze. Topped with more butter and placed on foil rings in Large at 350 indirect until they looked about right (20-30 min.) Then tented with foil and let them go a bit longer.
