It's now 10:oo and I'm just lighting the egg! My wife is still sleeping.(thank God). I turned up the Cyber to 325. ??? How Long does it need to go?????HELP!!!!!!!!

Were you on the Jaeger? Oh well, there's plenty of time for stories. Next question... do you have Dominoes on speed dial? I think they are running an Easter special for guys like you. Pizza and some flowers for $50. Heheheee.

Seriously, the easiest short cut is to cut your butts in half. They will take less time to cook. (I'm assuming you have a butt right?)Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery -
Oh this could get interesting...
How many guests are coming over? what time are you supposed to eat? -
Food temp is up to 40. I didn't even wait for it to warm up! I'm still drumk! Time to make coffee!!
-
Fun times!
-
Yep!! I might have to cut things up like "Thirdeye" says! This is just too good! {wife is still not up)
-
Thirdeye has the right idea. I'm assuming by "roast" you mean butts/shoulder. If that's the case let them cook like you are doing and in a couple of hours wrap them in foil and continue to cook. That'll speed up the process.
-
Actually I'ts an uncured ham. I'd post a pic' if I could remember where my phone is! Food temp is up to 44.
-
Well a fresh ham can be cooked to a sliceable doneness. And like CBBQ mentioned, foil might still be an option.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery

I'll pull it at 160 and slice it THANKS. !!
b.t.w. I found my phone. It was in my pocket. -
Here is what I have.

I just poured a 2 litre bottle of "Coke" in the drip pan. Maybe it will help? Food temp 51

"GO,BABY GO" It's almost up to room temperature! UH OH! I hear my wife walking around upstairs.
-
You must have had one heck of a party last night.. Cheers!
-
So was this a cooked uncured ham? or uncooked? Just curious because I haven't seen many people doing uncooked Hams..
-
It is an uncured/uncooked ham. I didn't know any better. So It will be a roast,I'm told.
That's o.k. too. It's my first try with the Cyber Q. and I worry a lot. So maybe it's good that it didn't get started until late. This way I can keep my eye on it. That is funny because the reason I bought The Cyber Q was so that I wouldn't have to keep my eye on it!  -
Well, It's up to 112*. I fessed up to my wife. She laughed.
-
Looks like it's going to make it! It's at 145*
