Not been postin much so I thought I'd put up some recent cooks.
Did some chicken this evening. Brined all day then sprinkeled with bad byrons and some oil. Indirect at 350 to 400 for a little over an hour.
Crispy skin, juicy meat...dilicious.
Had a hankerin for some ribs earlier this week
