Tonights spatchcock and some ribs

Not been postin much so I thought I'd put up some recent cooks.

Did some chicken this evening. Brined all day then sprinkeled with bad byrons and some oil. Indirect at 350 to 400 for a little over an hour.


Crispy skin, juicy meat...dilicious. :)

Had a hankerin for some ribs earlier this week

    I have some spatchcock on the Egg right now! Brined all day and serving to the in-laws. Your's looks a bit more crispy and cooked then mine.... Looks great!

    I have some Full Circle brand right now. It was on sale so I bought several bags. Pretty good stuff. I did add a chunk of apple wood.
