I cooked mine in the crock pot yesterday. It is gathering flava sitting in the fridge (not really, just haven't served it yet). Later when I plate it I will post a pic of it in all of it's beautiful saltiness.
Let's see who can make it look appetizing in a picture, cause we all know cabbage turns the color of wallpaper paste when cooked a long time.
If it sounds like a challenge, then take it as one!

Nice, C&G, thanks for posting. I actually made 2, one sliced nicely and the other shredded like yours. I definitely like the sliced better, especially for sammies.
Since it was my first time making it, I didn't know what to buy, now I know for sliced corned beef, buy the flat with the fat on one side, not running through the middle.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

Thanks FGG
I usually pull it for the dinner but we slice the left over C.B. against the grain when making the sandwiches. I really enjoy both a couple times a year, not just St. Patty's day.BGE'er since 1996 Large BGE 1996, Small BGE 1996, Mini BGE 1997 -

It was good. The cut I got was about 1/2 point and 1/2 flat.I thind it would have been better if it had one or the other. It had a BIG strip of fat seperating them.
