I just placed my order, can't pass up that good of a deal on ci. Looks like a very versitile tool!
-
Thanks for posting the measurements and showing the pan on a large, it answered a lot of questions.
-
Hope it helped.
-
Helped so much I just ordered me one......
-
 Congrats.
-
WOW!!!
I really like the looks of that
I am also in the camp of "how many other uses".
I was thinking of getting a third stone....Now I'm thinking C.I.
Thanks for the post!! -
I think you would like it.
-
I have to get my hands in one of those

After you smoke your next loney, slice it into 1/4" slices and cook them on your new CI pan. Add some butter and let it melt then throw the loney slices on and cook until the loney slices get a nice blackened crust. This makes great loney sammmiches...if you don't believe me just ask Poot...that is how I converted him... :woohoo: :silly:
-
Ah ha! I see says the blind man.
-
I think you would like it.
-
Oh yeah.I love blackened 'Loney sammiches! :woohoo:
-
Hey, Hoss, did you also buy their pizza cutter? I have a good wheel, but always wondered if these things were worth the space they take up.
Two uni-taskers for the same task. Does that make them half-a-taskers? :silly:
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Thank Hoss!
Just ordered one. I thought they would be smaller, so I did not order one on your first posting. Looks perfect for the large. Thanks again
Rich -
I did not.I have also wondered about those cutters.I just use a wheel.
-
Hope you like it.I like mine already.Have seasoned it twice.I'm thinkin it's gonna take a few more seasonings or cooks to get "broke in".
-
I can tell you from experience, they are not the best cutter. I sold mine on Craig's List last year.
What I like best is a huge 12" extra-wide Wusthof chef's knife...big, hefty, and sharp! Goes through a crust that fights back, with your weight behind it.

Judy, you have a 12" Chef's knife?! Wow!! In any case, $200 for the Wusthof vs $5 for this one. Damn well SHOULD work better!!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

It's about time you changed your signature!
Michael, do you know the price of EVERYTHING??? Please find out how much my 2001 Toyota Corolla LE is worth, I beg of you.
