Wasn't Egged, but sure was good. Butter griddled Provalone and Green Chili on Seeded Rye sandwich, served with tomato basil soup dressed with crunchy fried okra. Not too bad.

Hey man... Looks good.
Did I ever tell you the story about when I wanted to make fried okra the snack of choice in Movie Theaters? Yes, it would replace popcorn.
I had it all figured out how to do it from the initial marketing all the way to walking the red carpet to accept my Golden Okra award.
Remind me to tell me about it sometimes. (requires that I be liberally lubricated with rum prior to telling)
Cold here too.

You'd get my support. I can eat it like,...well, like...popcorn!

Can't take to much creative credit except for the chili on the sammie. Saw the soup/okra in Southern Living.

You get a much better lunch hour than me if you can run home and whip up something like that for a quick lunch :laugh:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
