books i bought within two weeks of each other. don't tell the wife. this was four mortgage payments.
the year i discovered homemade bacon. by my calcs, i have made 70 pounds of bacon in 2010
duck pate'.
i tend to give away at least half of what i make of pate', prosciutto and bacon. that's no way to make a living.
my easter ham. home cured, cold smoked, then hot smoked, then utterly devoured

i have some thoughts on the death ray. :laugh: i think they bungled the first effort, trying to set a fixed array. they finally got it right by having the best automated tracking devices available at the time, humans, do it. hahaha
i really think it was more about blinding and fear than actually setting anything on fire....
