Pulled beef, lobstah dip & other stuff

Today was cold, windy & snowy here in the ATL....perfect Egging weather...I cooked a roast to do pulled beef & did some lobstah as an appetizer...here are a few pics:
Step 1 Cooking the beef indirect at 250 until 160 internal...about 5 hrs
Step 2...in the CIDO for a few hours until 210
Step 3...shredded beef in sauce
Step 4...eat it...mmmmmm

and yesterday our son Tim graduated with his Masters in Education....Tim & his wife Laura....we are sooo proud

Now, what is homemade sauce?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -

Congratulations to Tim! That is a huge accomplishment. As far as your lobstah dip is concerned, I really should examine it closer before I give you props :P . I smoked ribs yesterday since the weather was really crappy.This is the greatest signature EVAR!
