Just took off the egg after about 14 hrs, it started to fall apart trying to take it off. I hope it tastes as good as it smells.

    It tasted great, I put mustard, Butt Rub and sugar in the raw on it, 24 hours before I cooked it.

    By now you know you had nothing to fear! :laugh: Can tell it was good and the best thing about pulled pig is its almost as good out of the freezer! ;)

  • Looks good, nice job in new egg, no better way to season a pit than with a butt.
