Just took off the egg after about 14 hrs, it started to fall apart trying to take it off. I hope it tastes as good as it smells.

It tasted great, I put mustard, Butt Rub and sugar in the raw on it, 24 hours before I cooked it.

By now you know you had nothing to fear! :laugh: Can tell it was good and the best thing about pulled pig is its almost as good out of the freezer!

Looks good, nice job in new egg, no better way to season a pit than with a butt.
