I'm an 1 hour and 10 minutes into my 4.5# standing roast and the internal is only 70. I started it at 4:30 in prep for a 6 - 6:15 pull. Dinner is at 6:30....or until I'm finished. Maybe the taste will make up for my tardiness. Wish me luck.
