O.K. Ladies and Gents, Tonight is a double chicken dowsed in Dale's tonight. Started at 5 p.m. at 350*; grate over firebricks and drip pan. Outside temp. is a brisk 22* without the windchill, but old smokey is doing well. Updates to follow. Ya'll have a great night! r1
