I've spent way too much time on this forum this week. Anyway, going to smoke some wings @375, raised-indirect tomorrow while the 3 year old plays outside and the 8 mos. old does what babies do... Got too excited to wait until tomorrow to fire up the egg, so I hunted some things out of the freezer (frozen tilapia and frozen clams). Way better than I've had them previously. Life is good and the Egg enriches it!
