Isn't this about 20 butts? Can't wait to see your setup. Very nice of you to provide egged food for the church guys. I'm sure they are looking forward to it again if they have had it before.

Just realized you said 2 XLs. Still a lot of meat to fit in 2 eggs. Man the smell coming from 150lbs of meat on the eggs is going to be real.

Gonna take 2 XL stuffed. Did 100lbs last year and it wouldn't fit in an xl.

This I'm looking forward to seeing!  @dldawes1 gave me great advice/support on my first butt, if anyone can get 150# on 2 XL it is definitely him.  If its possible to get 150# on 2 XL does that mean 50# could fit on a large?

I have done 65 lb. a couple of times on one XL with a little room to spare so 75 should work. dld, I know you have a lot of experience with large cooks but watch the grease pans for overflow, it can get very ugly very fast. Don't ask how I know this...

And I was worried about cooking for 40 people on my large. You have given me some ideas. Thanks.

Wow....Surprised your double XL egg rig isn't surrounded by hungry bystanders - the aroma of all those beautiful butts should be bringing them in from miles around!
