Kind of interesting, my circle of eaters seam to enjoy the pizza I already assemble. Plus I wouldn't want to store it.Charlotte, Michigan XL BGE

Looks like it is essentially a door to keep the egg hot between pizzas.

I've seen pictures of those from eggtoberfest. Not my thing that's for sure.

At that price point, why not just buy a Blackstone?"I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

For the record I never said I wanted one!

I bet there are several cooks/chefs on this forum that could make some awesome pizza on this set up, but then again they probably don't need this rig. Most of you really good chefs Ron could cook a pizza over a candle or sterno can of fuel.Charlotte, Michigan XL BGE

That's a cool device. For the number of pizzas I make, though, it wouldn't be worth it.Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle

Convinced a friend of mine to buy one some time ago. They cook a lot of pizza, and I have loads of fun playing with the Blackstone whenever I go over there.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -

It looks like a high school shop project with sheet metal. Or like something @nolaegghead would assemble in his manbearcave.

I have seen a thread on in here. @Zippylip gives a good write up of why it would be advantageous, however the consensus on that thread was also that the price was too high when you could get a dedicated pizza oven for the same price (or less on sale). One year Lowes or Home Depot was selling the Blackstone pizza ovens for less than $200.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

The guy selling them cooked next to me at the Georgia Mountain eggfest. It would be good if you made a lot of pizza's but doing 2 or 3 pizzas a week, not worth it._________________________________________________Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story!Large BGE 2006, Mini Max 2014, 36" Blackstone, Anova Sous Vide

If you have a Camp Chef 16 inch deep burner system, you can get their pizza oven for around $120 bucks. It sits on two 30,000 BTU burners. Does a fantastic job. They also make them for the smaller units, but this is the one I have.
I use OO flour and it gets the job done, especially for thin crust.

Will that thing fit on a Blackstone? Could be a whole new market for them!
