SRF/RR Sirloin and Cheese fries

Did a couple SRF/RR sirloins and they didn't disappoint! These aren't waygu, but are choice or better. They had very nice marbling and I forgot how tasty a sirloin was! I topped mine with some buttermilk blue cheese!
Cheese fries consisted of five potatoes cooked before hand on the Joe. Jr. About 450° for around an hour, indirect. Rubbed with canola and salt.
Diced those up. Buttered a CI skillet and also added some canola to help with not sticking. Laid a layer of ranch dressing on the bottom, then layered with potatoes, then bacon, then cheese (double cheddar is what I used), green onions, and more ranch. Then more potatoes, cheese, bacon, and green onions.
Hit the medium Egg at around 425°-450° until nice and bubbly and some brown.
Finish with more green onions. These were awesome.
Here's the pictures.
1 - The two steaks.
2 - Steak nearly done.
3 - Potatoes on the Egg. I need to get a indirect setup for the med.
4 - Done!
5 -
6 - Plated
7 - Shot of the potatoes
Thanks for taking a look!
