Chicken, Sausage, Crab Legs, and Lobster Tails

Put some chicken parts and homemade sausage on the XL.

Steamed some crab legs and a couple lobster tails inside on the stove. Put the chicken and sausage out, and by the time I got a pic this is what was left of that.

Here's some crab legs and a few chunks of lobster tail in there somewhere with clarified butter.

And then it was finished.

Got the fire pit going and marshmallows were roasted for S'mores.

And after the sun went down, the fire was going strong.

Weekends are way too short...

Well done all around. I have to say that sausage got my attention. I must learn to make sausage someday.

Nice spread, and a cool gang of kids, all yours? Do I see a future kids bbq champ ;)

edit: love the firepit, wanted to get one but not sure if it's allowed in my neck of the woods, they sell it at the local Costco but a fireman told me it's allowed as long as the neighbours don't complain, go figure!

Thanks, only two of those are mine. Not sure where my oldest was at the time. The others belong to my neighbors.

Love the meal, fab cook as always. Fire pits are cool. We love ours, and when we get ours going, the neighborhood shows up. Great times, always.

Great looking grub there Dwayne. Weekends are in fact way to short......and too hot down here for a fire. We have a long summer ahead of us....looking forward to firing up the pit in the fall.

Agree^^^^^^^. Summer runs from March to December down here. Short of January and February, it's subject to be 90 on any given day.
