Pork Belly Burnt Ends

I know these aren't true burnt ends but WOW are they good!  Had some frozen belly to use up, used Memphis Dust rub and smoked along with a small shoulder.

 "Turbo" around 350 until internal was around 170. Sliced and cubed and put in fridge as shoulder finished up.


Added more rub and a quality store bought sauce.

Put back on with a little apple juice and water mix and cooked until super tender and sauce thickened.

Will definitely be making these on a regular basis!  Would be fine with shoulder but belly made it out of this world :)
