Yellow Fin Tuna

Neighbor Mark and Family gave us some Yellow Fin Tuna he caught off Venice, Louisiana during the summer. I cooked it tonight using a recipe I found on line but on the Egg instead of a briquette grill, whatever that is. 

I knew to cook hot and fast and take 'em off but I forgot. 

It's amazing what an extra 30 seconds will do to a piece of Tuna. It was still very good and there was enough leftover to make a tuna salad for tomorrow. 

We're on the diet again so this nice little gift came at the right time.
