Picked up a ribeye earlier in the week and tonight was the night for it to see some fire.
I covered it in salt about 3hrs before supper. Just out of the fridge
On the mini with pre-nuked taters at about 275 indirect
Giving the cow a little fire
I got it a bit over done but it still tasted great.

Nice looking steak. I find that the mini is a little harder to reverse sear with. The sear is not the problem. The stone and grid just don't have enough space between them on the mini woo which makes it hard to do the roast without overcooking. Maybe I need to flip the meat frequently to see if that helps.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!
