I'm not sure about suppers, but I will work on some appetizers for Henapple's Mid Tennessee Egg Party.  It's a little early, but what the heck.

Absolutley. Let me get these ribs under control and I will post some pics of the ones I aerated vs the non aerated.  Huge difference in appearance. They taste the same but the areated is clean as a whistle.

Tomorrow will be a tri-tip in the Trés Booblay, seared on the egg after the garlic butter mushrooms come off - my kind of dinner - protein and fungus. Can you tell SWMBO will be away?

Copying cooking bikers tenderloin in French bread but gonna try to filet it and stuff with provolone, pickles, onions, and mustard and then put it in the roll and wrap in bacon. Bacon wrapped Cuban sandwich pretty much.

Pizza party with brother and sister-in-law Saturday night. They've never had pizza cooked on the egg, or even a grill for that matter. Should be fun! I have a large ball of dough rising on the counter now.

Gonna try ribs for the first time in the Egg tomorrow.  Kinda nervous but nothing a beer or three won't cure while we are cooking.

Got my pork shoulder and some turkey drums on for the dogs. Guru cruising at 275 dome with a load Rockwood and sugar maple chunks providing heavy smoke.

I've got a 6+ pound turkey breast that we'll use for lunches during the week, and will probably do a roast chicken in the CI skillet for dinner.  That'll all be tomorrow, today we've got a bunch of stuff to do in the house, yard, and errands to run, dinner will probably be picked up from a local deli.

Bone-In Ribeye on a reverse sear with Baked Potatoes tonight.  Air Cooled chicken wings from Whole Foods with sausage and corn in the husk tomorrow. Have been enjoying corn now that it is coming back in season.  Love cooking it in the husk.  Still egging about 3 or so times per week but haven't posted many cooks lately - Partly due to time and partly due to the fact that I have posted most of my cooks in the past.  I guess that I need more diversity in my life.
