Yaki tori, yaki onigiri, shiitake mushrooms, squash, and those strange big bulb scallions that are so tasty.
I've done a fair number of cooks from The Japanese Grill (all good) and this menu has turned into one of my wife's favorites of anything I cook.

@stemc33 and @The Cen-Tex Smoker And @lkapigian I got the idea of foil covered bricks from the book, but the idea for the double row arrangement came from another user on this forum, I just can't reme who to credit. Definitely helps to have the extra row.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
