I'm about to try it. Anyone done it??
I'm thinking of slicing them, two racks of back center cut. And rub,
300 or so for 1-2 hours than in a foil tub with some braising liquid and onions for another 1 hour at around 400.
What yall think? I didn't make it home as early as I wanted to. I also have a pork loin. Could just do ribs the right way tomorrow.

I've turbo'd beef back ribs a number of times 350ish for 1.5 to 2 hours. They turn out great.Good luck with your cook.Edina, MN

This is how I do them and no foil. Indirect 350. Pull membrane, Rub-mustard-rub, cherry wood. I used coffee rub.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Bout how long is that?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -
Beef ribs turn out fantastic cooked raised direct. I run them between 275-300 degrees raised direct with outstanding results. There is something almost magical about beef drippings hitting the fire. For the record: Beef ribs are one of my very favorites.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
Status- Standing by.
