Wanted to try the Rib Candy I received in the sauce and rub exchange. Fired up the egg with cherry for smoke. Bad Byron's on the pork ribs, steak rub on the beef ribs. The rib candy was only used on the pork ribs. It was the habanero apple variety. Was a nice change of pace from our standard sauce. imageimageimageimageimage
