Stuffed Pork Loin

This came to me in a dream and wanted to get thoughts.
Stuff a pork loin with boudin, wrap it in bacon and smoke it.
Thinking about it for dinner saturday. Any tips on stuffing it? How long would you cook it? I'd go indirect at around 275 unless someone has a better thought.
Many pictures will be shared to make sure it happened.

Par cook the sausage since it needs to go a few degrees higher than the loin.

@tamu2009, below is the link of the pork loin I did at the beginning of September. The skies the limit for stuffing. Just pick some flavor profiles you like and go for it. +1 with what @Eggcelsior said about the sausage. Don't forget to post your results.
