The ground is clear to dig and the permit should be issued be the end of the week. Here are the plans for now (kitchen plans not included... gotta walk before I run). I hope to document this build pretty thoroughly as I am doing it alone.

Looks great... My wife is closing out a lease by next July on the 2012 Acadia. We've had no problems at all, considering leading the 2015/2016 at that point.MSV Chill Spot

So I am working 50 days straight without a day off so progress is slow on my Egg table. Putting in about 2 hours per evening. At this point all the footings and piers are poured and posts are attached.Next step is getting the beams and then joists installed. I hope to be laying decking in a week or so.

Progress should go quickly from here.

Digging the holes and setting footers is a pain. You should have structure in no time from here. When the deck boards start going in place you won't want to stop!!XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum

Yea your right on power wash. I didn't winterize mine properly and the pump has a crack. Need to replace.
The dark mark came from wokking too close to the house. Oils got on the siding and then it turned black like that

Looks good so far.
Are you putting up railing or are you integrating seating/railing around the deck?

The outside corner will be steps much like @thatgrimguy .. triangle around the corner. The inside corner will be outdoor kitchen much like @thatgrimguy. That will but up to the steps and then seating/planters around the rest.I will probably not move at the same pace from here on out but I will be able to build stuff in my garage over winter.. So I will keep posting slow progress from here.Medium, and XL eggs in Galloway NJ. Just outside of Atlantic City.

Looks awesome so far!!! And you did the important details! Picture framed the edges, properly footed!! This is going to be an awesome project! Fair warning on the corner steps, it was the 2nd hardest part of the whole project. The hardest being electrical (ran over 4000ft of cable to wire up my deck)The steps were extremely technical and proved to be a major pain. But they are solid and beautiful now!XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum
