Steak and chicken fajitas tonight. Sautéed the garden and then cooked the animal...all on the ci griddle.


Somewhere under that is a hatch chilie. ..hotter than usual.


While waiting I stuffed madjool dates with goat cheese and wib. Pretty good. Pic suck.


Stocked up on butcher paper and found a good way to get the gloves off the table.

Nice colour in the fa-jeep-ees. 

Not sure if the pics suck - but you could make them about 1/8th the size they are - +4mb is a tad big for a forum pic - unless of course someone is wanting to make 2 foot X 3 foot posters of your cook.

I just egged some boring chicken thighs tonight.  You guys keep making me look like a slacker.  Looks good apple-tini.
