Cen Tex's Barbacoa is AWESOME! (pix)

Finally got around to trying @The Cen-Tex Smoker‌ Barbacoa recipe today.  His recipe can be found HERE.  For those of you who haven't tried it yet, do yourself a favor and give it a go!  The pickled onions are phenomenal too. 

Had to get two 2 pounders since I couldn't find a chuckie that was 4 pounds.

Yeah buddy! It's not authentic barbacoa but it's good. Honestly- it's ripped from clay-Q's pulled beef recipe technique but we used another ripped off recipe for the braise.

Honor among thieves ).
