The sous vide butter poached lobster turned out perfect!!  The prime rib-eyes were great as well, but I had a little too many herbs in my steakhouse butter.  Sorry I don't have the photo talents of cali, but it's the best I can do.

    Thanks guys.  I did find out that I am not a big fan of the taste of tarragon in the poaching liquid.  Luckily I had prepared some clarified garlic butter for dipping.
