That's awesome @Egghead_Daron, good score there. @gmac do you store all your home made rub in 50ml conical tubes? Because that would be awesome! What do you do for a living?

    Cheers -

I use the tubes for maintaining yeast samples of strains that I don't use that often or are hard to get at certain times of the year.  I definitely don't work anywhere that needs them and I promise that they aren't recycled medical waste :)
When I give people my home made hot sauce I usually re-use yeast tubes but in this case I thought I'd spring for a brand new tube, after all it's Christmas.

  • Wish I would've seen this!! Merry Christmas y'all!!
  • Glad you like it! I tried some of the HC rub yesterday on chicken. I liked it. I also tried the spicy bbq sauce. That was pretty good too. Still waiting to try the peach rub...it tasted good on my finger :)

@Henapple - Hope you enjoy it all.  Sorry for not including a note.  Originally, I thought I would be shipping it, but then changed my mind at the last minute and had Red Hot Foods ship it.  And thus no note.  Merry Christmas from your elf (me).

Thanks for a great selection of items from my SS.  I can't white to try the white BBQ sauce.  And the local apple and peach wood was an awesome addition!  Merry Chrismas and thanks to the organizers for putting this together!

@rolltidesmoker - just a quick report:  The Dreamland ribs were outstanding.  I had to try some Habanero Death Dust (Oakridge) for comparison.  Both were excellent.  I didn't make the Cheese Biscuits until last night to go with the reverse sear prime rib.  They were most excellent and disappeared in a hurry.  Thanks again.

  •  Many thanks and an apology to @dweebs0r.  Sorry for not posting earlier, just haven't been near a pc with my pics.  Thanks for setting up this whole exchange.  Love it.  A special thanks for all the goodies from Memphis.  Just the smells from the package tells me there is some great food in my future.  Just don't know what I'll try first.  Merry Christmas to all and thanks again @dweebs0r for the very generous gift package.

Thanks.  I hear Canadian lump burns forever, so just one piece will do me for a lifetime.  Thank you so much for your generosity!
