Boneless pork roast that has been in the freezer for a while. Marinated in Dichickos Garlic and done direct, raised, at 350 until the internal was 140.
A touch spicy, and very tender. Served with steamed green beans.

Nice - what's in the glass? Having steamed beans and pork tenderloin at our place tonight... trying a white bordeaux, Mouton Cadet....West coast time so egg is just lit.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
