Boneless Pork Cook

Options
Boneless pork roast that has been in the freezer for a while.  Marinated in Dichickos Garlic and done direct, raised, at 350 until the internal was 140.

A touch spicy, and very tender.  Served with steamed green beans.

    Nice - what's in the glass? Having steamed beans and pork tenderloin at our place tonight... trying a white bordeaux, Mouton Cadet....West coast time so egg is just lit.

    I am one of those folks the vinophiles look down on.   I drink cheap wine, most often Livingston Chablis Blanc.
