Turkey tenderloins cut crosswise. Brined in Kosher Salt and brown sugar for about 5 hours. Rinsed and wrapped in thick cut bacon...no skewer. Only fresh black pepper for seasoning. Grilled 350-400 direct at regular grate level in the Large. Cooked to 165 while enjoying the 60's. Brine keeps them real juicy.
