We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Just a Simple T-Bone

First of all, i wish everyone one a good weekend coming up. Its going to be a beauty up here and things are finally starting to melt. Just posting some pics of a quick T-Bone supper the other night, steaks went on at around 650F direct, pretty quick cook. Spuds took about an hour at 350.indirect.
