I'm planning on rolling a fatty or two next weekend as Superbowl party appetizers.. Last time I did one it was Jimmy Dean maple sausage roll stuffed with mozzarella and Anaheim peppers rolled in a sweet rub.. Came out delish.LBGE

Looks terrific! I, too, cooked fatties at the Eggtoberfest. Mine was done with venison and a cream cheese mixture though.
