Up early today to smoke a fatty. Make that two!!

One is a basic peppers and onions. One with spicy sausage franks and pepperonies and onions.

Just basted em. Love them!!

I'm planning on rolling a fatty or two next weekend as Superbowl party appetizers.. Last time I did one it was Jimmy Dean maple sausage roll stuffed with mozzarella and Anaheim peppers rolled in a sweet rub.. Came out delish.

You might have luck googling bacon explosion. It's a lot of fun and always delicious.

We cooked a couple bacon explosions at the Eggtober Fest this year. They are always good!

Looks terrific!  I, too, cooked fatties at the Eggtoberfest.  Mine was done with venison and a cream cheese mixture though.

1st wife was a hippie.  I hate hippies.  I've had 30+ cars n trucks.  Not one was a microbus.  Not that they're not cool, they just don't corner well when you're trying to get away from the cops.   Yeah, my hair is a little long, but it's just because I ain't no slave to fashion.
