Man Night Cheekan Drums

My wife went out with her Dad and Stepmom for dinner tonight.  I stayed behind and went hunting.  And when I got home, I whipped these up.  Nothing on the side...just meat.  ;)

 

They were dusted with some Baking Powder and Dizzy Pig Viva Caliente.  Once they got crispy and up to temp, I took them off and tossed them around in some Crystal's Wing Sauce, Ranch Dressing and Texas Pete Hotter than Hot Sauce.

 

Ate in the kitchen like a true Bachelor.  ;)

Nope, actually I shot 4 one-legged chickens.  :D

Looks good, I'll do the roast beef sammich, hold the lettuce, bread, dressing etc. dinner....

Good "guy's cook". You sure it wasn't one four legged chicken, even a great hunter has a hard time bagging four one leggers..... ;))
