Going to try a fattie tomorrow morning for breakfast sandwiches. (Jimmy Dean Sage sausage log rolled in rub and grilled to 165° internal on 250° grid). I have the DP sampler pack, any suggestions which rub to use?

The swamp venom is good ( a little spicy), the Raging River has some maple that would be good with sausage, and the dizzy dust is probably the go-to rub for pork. I just bought five or six bottles, and honestly, they're all good so far.
What a neat and simple breakfast treat. I don't particularly like breakfast sausage, but this was really good. Apparently the time in the Egg renders out the majority of the fat and also imparts a great flavor. Most likely will do this again as the wife liked it also. Maybe try the Maple version next time.

If my calculations are correct, when this baby hits 88 miles per hour, you're gonna see some serious shit!
