    They were awesome!  Super tender and very juicy.  I never had CAB fajitas before and I'll definitely be buying them again.

    First off, nice job on the table and grub.

    Next, I agree with @Chubbs. Finding a tri-tip east of the Mississippi and south of the Mason Dixon line is tough to do. Do they go by another name?

    Great looking table and grub.
    After tonight's cook, been discussing with the Mrs the benefits of an additional small.
    as for tri-tip. They aren't around the north east either. I think our butcher's all make London broil out of them.
    Bx - > NJ ->TX!!! 
    All to get cheaper brisket!
