Hey cazzy,First off, nice job on the table and grub.Next, I agree with @Chubbs. Finding a tri-tip east of the Mississippi and south of the Mason Dixon line is tough to do. as for tri-tip. They aren't around the north east either. I think our butcher's all make London broil out of them.Bx - > NJ ->TX!!!All to get cheaper brisket! -
