I’ve had soy diluted in rice wine vinegar, a spicy chili paste, and actually a good dry salt. Plain salt is really good. Here’s another visit..2 · -

Wow. In Japan this would be served with wasabi, (and a few sauce choices for dipping) you need something to cut the oil. I’ve even had it served with a slice of lemon. I’d also recommend a very dry s…1 · -
