    Spend an hour outside here and you feel like you have the COVID, the smoke coming up from the US PNW is unbelievable - and just for added measure 200 metres or so of a creosote soaked pier caught on fire last night about 5 Klicks from our place. 
    The big white clock in the kitchen does the cooking again tonight.

    @Skiddymarker Wow, been seeing it in the news lately, heard on the news this evening that there has been 'sighting' of the west coast smoke even here in the GTA, not sure if it's true or how it moved. Be safe.

    @Skiddymarker Glad to see you have surfaced.  I can only imagine the atmosphere even where you are. My MIL lives around 18 miles aka 30 klicks north of the Golden gate bridge and her pics are hard to comprehend.  Tough times for sure.
    But on a lighter note- the A's are playing solid baseball, up 6-0 as I write this.  Now to get past the first round jinx.
