3 hours in. Dome temps right around 350. Egg #1 butts are reading around 140 deg. About 125 deg for Egg #2. I'm on the fence about wrapping them. We'll see how they look in another hour or …1 · -

Fired up both Larges & started 8 turbo butts at 8:30. Had to do a little massaging so I wasn't impaling a butt with the dome thermometer. So far so good!3 · -
