Fired up both Larges & started 8 turbo butts at 8:30. Had to do a little massaging so I wasn't impaling a butt with the dome thermometer. So far so good!

Good looking start. If the stem on the thermometer are giving you any issues you can place the clip on the outside of the egg to move the stem up

3 hours in. Dome temps right around 350. Egg #1 butts are reading around 140 deg. About 125 deg for Egg #2.
I'm on the fence about wrapping them. We'll see how they look in another hour or two.Glencoe, Minnesota -
